Shane Cronin is the Head of ITAM & FinOps Services at SHI and a Governing Board Member of the FinOps Foundation. With over a decade of experience at SoftwareOne, Shane progressed through various leadership roles, including Co-President and COO, before taking on the current challenge at SHI. Driven by a belief in strong partnerships and innovation, Shane aims to foster a team culture that prioritizes accountability and customer obsession. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University College Cork.
