Leena Moganti has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Leena is currently working at Finix as a Senior Software Engineer in Test since March 2020. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Development Engineer Test at Cox Automotive Inc. from September 2017 to February 2020. In this role, they gathered specifications and requirements, developed test plans and cases, actively participated in agile testing, and implemented Selenium WebDriver for automated testing using Java.

Before joining Cox Automotive, Leena worked at Discover Financial Services as a Senior Associate from September 2008 to July 2009. Their responsibilities included gathering system requirements, managing an offshore development team, converting business test cases into technical use cases, and monitoring development activities.

Leena also has experience working at Motorola as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on Web-2.0 technologies and integrated browsers into Motorola's Krave device from March 2006 to September 2008. Prior to that, they worked at Sasken as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed application suites for Sagem 3G mobile phones and worked onsite at Sagem, France.

Leena's career started as an intern at Emazines Software Pvt. Ltd, where they gained practical experience in software development from January 2002 to April 2002.

Leena Moganti earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 1998 and 2002.
