Luella Howell has a wide range of experience in property services coordination, activity coordination, and direct support for people with developmental disabilities. Luella has also been involved in writing newsletters, lesson plans, and organizing community inclusion opportunities. Howell obtained education from Finger Lakes Community College and Hartwick College.
