Finanta, formerly Community First Fund, is the premier economic development organization serving the low income communities of central and eastern Pennsylvania, and provides loan capital to real estate developers and businesses in the region. Since 1992, Finanta has made more than 1,700 loans and investments totaling more than $208 million to businesses, affordable housing and community based developers and projects throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.

We align capital, knowledge, and advocacy to advance access to financial services, business ownership, housing, and community development.
