Kristin N. Scott is a seasoned GTM executive currently serving as VP of North American Enterprise & Strategic Sales at Figma. With a robust background in sales leadership, they achieved significant milestones at Appian Corporation, including closing the highest software bookings and earning the 2015 Champion's Circle Award. Prior to their tenure at Appian, Kristin held the position of Director of the Key Accounts Team at CEB, now Gartner. They also served as Chief Revenue Officer at SeekOut, where they established key functions within the Revenue Organization. In addition to their professional accomplishments, Kristin is an active member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering senior women leaders.
