Matthew Hacker is the Assistant Vice President and Associate Director of Software Engineering at Fifth Third Bank, leveraging over 25 years of experience in program management and software engineering. Previously, Matthew served as a Program Manager at BAE Systems IT, where they managed a team of 15 to implement a $2.0 billion Oracle ERP solution for the US Air Force. They also held roles as Principal Consultant at Resolvit, where they transitioned project teams to Agile methodologies, and Director of Enterprise Services at PSC Group LLC, overseeing ERP solutions for global clients. Matthew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Iowa State University and another in History and Education from the same institution.
