Sara Booth MBE currently serves as the Head of Women’s Football Competitions and Senior Project Manager at FIFA, where responsibilities include concept development and implementation of initiatives within the FIFA Women’s Football Division since January 2018. Prior to this, Sara was the Tournament Director at the Irish Football Association from September 2002 to December 2017, managing the UEFA Women’s Under 19 Championship in 2017 and overseeing women's domestic football development initiatives. Sara holds a Level 7 Executive Management degree from the Institute of Leadership and Management and a BSc in Sport, Exercise & Leisure from Ulster University.
