Craig A. Raddatz is an Executive Vice President, member of the Board of Directors and a principal of Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. (“FRED”). Craig has been with FRED since 1996 and has served over the years as Vice President of Development and Vice President of Acquisitions. Craig is responsible for the acquisition, entitlement and execution of new developments at FRED.

Prior to joining FRED, Craig was with Lehman Brothers in New York and Chicago for 7 years, where he was a Vice President of Institutional Fixed Income Sales.

Craig holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis (1995) and an Undergraduate Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1987). During his years in undergrad he also became a four year letter winner and was a co-captain of the football team.
