Sally Jones is a seasoned leader currently serving as Vice President of Customer Solutions & Delivery Enablement in Workplace Investing at Fidelity Investments. With a background in agile transformations, program management, and strategic planning, Sally previously held various roles, including Director of Strategy at NCPMI and Director of Technology & Operational Development at VIF International Education. Sally’s experience also includes serving as a Senior Program Manager at BCBSNC, where they designed and deployed a customer experience strategy. They have been involved in leadership and organizational change management, showcasing their commitment to continuous improvement and team development. Sally is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Archeology at Appalachian State University.
