Matt Homan, CCP, is currently the Director of Compensation at Fidelity Investments, a position held since 2020. Previously, Matt held several roles at Macy's from 2009 to 2012, including Director of Stores Compensation and Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation, where they focused on the strategic development of compensation programs. Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Senior Loan Officer at Ace Mortgage Funding from 2007 to 2008. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University in 2007.
