Elyse Gerber is a skilled marketing professional with experience in brand ambassadorship, communications, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador for PROOF Alcohol Ice Cream since November 2022, Elyse coordinates tasting events, engages consumers, and maintains positive relationships with retail partners. As a Communications and Meeting Management Intern with the State University System of Florida since September 2022, Elyse assists in report creation and leads a team of interns. Prior experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant at Nulife Resources and a Marketing and Public Relations Intern at 621 Gallery, where responsibilities included event documentation and marketing analytics. Elyse also has a foundation in customer service through previous positions as a Banquet Server and Server/Bartender, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Florida State University.
