Balan Vincent is a strategic and techno-functional leader with over 20 years of experience in wealth management technology and platform modernization. They began their career as a Software Trainee at E-Medscribe Telematics before progressing through various roles at Fidelity Investments, culminating in positions such as Director - Chapter Leader for the Financial Insights Platform and Director - Global Team Leader in Platform Engineering. Balan also held a role as a Senior System Analyst at Sonata Software and worked as a Software Engineer at Dynamic Software Systems. They pursued education at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, between 2011 and 2012.
