Aaron Deller is currently the Interim Onboarding Manager for Participant Services at Fidelity Investments, where they guide new hires through their initial experience and foster a positive work environment. Previously, they served as an Onboarding Team Lead, Peer Guide, and Financial Customer Associate at Fidelity, focusing on enhanced client satisfaction and team development. Additionally, they have experience as a Services Sales Representative at Cintas and as an Ex T6 Technician at the United States Postal Service. Aaron served in the United States Marine Corps as a Field Artillery Cannoneer and combat marksmanship instructor. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas More University and an EMT Paramedic certification from Gateway Community & Technical College.
