Sunil Patel, Chartered FCSI, CCBI, MIIM, is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in technology compliance and regulatory management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Technology Compliance at Fidelity International, Sunil leads initiatives on global technology regulations and provides insights on the EU AI Act. Previous roles include Compliance Risk Officer at Citi, where Sunil enhanced the compliance risk management framework, and various compliance consultant positions at prominent financial institutions including Scotiabank, NatWest Group, Natixis, HSBC, and Wells Fargo. Sunil also has a foundation in regulatory supervision from the Financial Conduct Authority and holds degrees from INSEAD and London South Bank University.
