Michel-Pierre Lanternier is a partner in the Corporate/M&A department at FIDAL, where they advise companies and their leaders on projects such as company formations, fundraising, and business transfers. With significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, they assist both French groups expanding internationally and foreign clients with their endeavors in France. Currently serving as the director of the Saint-Malo office, Michel-Pierre also co-leads the Spanish Desk, fostering relationships with Spanish law firms. Previously, they held senior positions at PwC Société d'Avocats and have engaged in nonprofit work in Colombia.
