Sylvia Skucha, J.D., SHRM-SCP, is the Director of Paralegal Management at Fenwick & West, where they manage over 80 paralegals across various practice areas. Previously, Sylvia served as the Senior Human Resources Manager and the Litigation Practice Group Manager at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where they provided leadership and managed human resource functions. Sylvia's career also includes a role as Paralegal Supervisor at Jackson & Wallace, overseeing the training and supervision of paralegals in asbestos litigation. Sylvia earned a J.D. from Golden Gate University and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of San Francisco.
