Pia Ganeva is the Sole Founder of Nikita AB, which currently generates over 300 MSEK in turnover. As a result-driven entrepreneur, Pia has successfully launched and scaled several companies, achieving multiple exits and serving as a board member and investor through Ganevi Group. Notable accomplishments include recognition as a top finalist for Sweden's CEO of the year in 2016 and receiving the “Årets Krossare” growth prize in 2021. Pia is also an active member of the women's 17 Network, advocating for increased female representation among founders of large companies. With a diverse educational background from various institutions globally, Pia balances professional commitments with being a mother of three and a long-distance running enthusiast, having achieved a 12th place finish in the Stockholm Marathon.
