Currently serving as the Director of Architecture and Design at Felten Group, Inc., Randolph has previously owned RLK Design Studio LLC and held various key positions, including Project Manager/Designer at Westway Construction Corporation and Design Director at BSB Design. Their extensive portfolio includes award-winning projects across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and senior living facilities. Randolph has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at Arizona State University and has published articles in industry magazines.
