Damien Maitre is an experienced ski coach who has been a Moniteur de ski at ESF Courchevel 1850 since 2008. They served as an Entraineur at Comité de Ski de Savoie from 2008 to 2016 and are currently the Entraineur for the French Women's Ski Jumping Team at Fédération Française de Ski since 2016. Damien holds a DUT in techniques de commercialisation from IUT Annecy and completed a coaching and mental preparation program at Coach-Manager in 2021.
