Ben Munyan

Director of Supervisory Policy and Senior Economist

Ben Munyan is the Director of Supervisory Policy and a Senior Economist in Banking Supervision at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where they lead a team to analyze regulatory policy impacts on financial institutions and develop models for identifying emerging banking risks. Previously, Ben served as an Assistant Professor at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and worked as an Associate Consultant at Meyer Consulting Inc. Their educational background includes a PhD in Finance from the University of Maryland and dual bachelor's degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Arizona State University.
