They currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Born on Saturday Strategic Ventures and are co-owner of Committed Hearts Residential & Adult Home Care. Kwame has held vice president positions at JPMorgan Chase and E*TRADE, focusing on IT risk management and enterprise security, and is an advocate for inclusive workplaces, having founded the Diversity and Inclusion Council at E*TRADE.
