Gillian Weaver-Dunlop is currently the Chief Programs and Impact Officer at FearIsNotLove, where they oversee client-facing programs and the research and evaluation department. They previously held the role of Chief Impact Officer at the same organization from 2022 to 2023. Before joining FearIsNotLove, Gillian accumulated extensive experience in various capacities at the Calgary Women's Emergency Shelter, including Manager of Research and Evaluation, Director of Prevention Services, and Acting Executive Director, among others. They also worked as a Family Services Coordinator at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary. Gillian holds both a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary, earned between 1980 and 1995.
