Chris Byars is a seasoned construction and development professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Construction at Fazoli's since October 2021, Chris oversees nationwide construction initiatives, managing projects from feasibility to completion. Prior to this role, Chris worked at Fazoli's Restaurant Management, LLC as Director of Construction and Facilities, focusing on traditional and nontraditional site developments. Chris's previous experience includes significant positions at KFC Corporation and Yum! Brands, where responsibilities encompassed project management, budget preparation, and architectural design support for major quick-service restaurant brands. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Asbury University and an Associate of Science in Architecture from Lexington Community College.
