Josephine Jee, MPS, currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Career Counselor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Precollege Instructor. With experience as a Continuing Education Instructor at Pratt Institute, Josephine has taught courses in product design, drawing, color, texture, and personal branding. Previous roles include a DEI Teaching Fellow at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, where a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion was integrated into the curriculum, and various positions in the footwear industry, including roles as a Shoe Design CAD Artist at Caleres, Inc., and as Senior Footwear Designer at Adrianna Papell. Josephine's background also includes creative contributions as a lead vocalist and co-creator of original music, as well as a Concept Car Designer for Nissan Motor Corporation. Education includes a current Doctor of Education program at the University at Buffalo, a Master of Professional Studies in Design Management from Pratt Institute, and a Footwear Design Diploma from ARSUTORIA SCHOOL in Milan.
