Robert Hook is currently a Tier 2 Claims Owner at Farmers Insurance, a position they have held since 2021. They previously served as a Senior Investigator at the Richland County Sheriff’s Department from 2013 to 2021 and were a Board Member for the Carolinas Organized Retail Crime Alliance from 2017 to 2021. Robert began their career as a Firefighter with the Columbia Fire Department in 1999, eventually rising to the role of Company Officer before transitioning into law enforcement. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science from Purdue University Global and an Associate of Science in Fire Science from Greenville Technical College.
