Laura Magnoni has extensive experience in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion across various organizations. Currently serving as Mentora de Diversidad, Equidad e Inclusión y Asuntos Sociales at Farmacity since February 2022, Laura focuses on fostering a diverse and inclusive organizational culture. As a docente titular at Universidad de Palermo since March 2010, Laura teaches courses in recruitment and selection. Previously, Laura held key roles at Natura, including leadership positions in climate and culture, as well as HR Business Partner for Argentina. Earlier career achievements include establishing the HR department at Q4Tech and managing selection processes at Adecco. Laura holds a Licenciada en PsicologÃa from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed several executive programs in HR and leadership.
