The Aquatics and Fitness Team at the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA is dedicated to promoting health, safety, and wellness through a variety of aquatic and fitness programs. This team, comprised of swim instructors, lifeguards, fitness trainers, and yoga instructors, provides vital support in swimming education, water safety, and physical fitness, empowering community members of all ages to learn new skills, stay active, and foster a love for healthy living. Together, they create an inclusive environment that encourages personal growth and strengthens community bonds.
