Amy Badersnider currently serves as Senior Director of Workplace Product Design and Development at Fannie Mae, a role begun in December 2024. Previously, Amy held positions such as Architectural Designer at D'Alessandro and Associates, Exhibit Designer at Sleepy's, Graphic Designer at Selective Advertising, and Experience Designer at Apple, Inc. Most notably, from March 2013 to December 2024, Amy was Head of UX Workspace Design at Google, where responsibilities included leading a global UX team focused on enhancing user experiences within built environments and facilitating research and development for integrating workspace with technology. Amy holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Studio Arts from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
