Dylan Flunker is a Project Manager focused on LGBTQ health research, education, and advocacy. Currently, they manage the Midwest Trans Health Education Network Project at Family Tree Clinic, overseeing a Community Innovation Grant aimed at enhancing gender-affirming care in rural Minnesota communities. Previously, Dylan served as a Research and Policy Manager at the Rainbow Health Initiative and worked as a Research Assistant at the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs, where they analyzed demographic data related to transgender health.
