Jamie Mitchell is currently the VP, Deputy Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, and Special Counsel at Family Dollar, a position held since 2025. Previously, Jamie served as the Assistant Inspector General for Special Reviews at the Department of Veterans Affairs from 2022 to 2025, along with roles as Attorney Advisor and Deputy Assistant Inspector General. Jamie also worked as a Senior Associate at K&L Gates from 2007 to 2017, focusing on government enforcement, internal investigations, and litigation. Jamie holds a BA in Political Science from St. Mary's College of Maryland and a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
