Mads Krobæk is currently the Head of Payroll, People & Culture Denmark at Falck, a position they have held since 2025. Mads previously gained extensive experience in payroll, HR, and management roles, including positions as Payroll & HR Manager at CSC and Payroll Consultant at Azets. They have also worked in customer service roles, such as Front Desk at Copenhagen Plaza and Manager at Burger King®. Mads holds an office training course with a focus on Economics from Roskilde Handelsskole and completed an HHX degree at ZBC Ringsted.
