Carlos has extensive experience in executive roles within major retail and transportation companies, demonstrating significant achievements in sales growth, team optimization, and eCommerce development. They have played key roles at Falabella and Hites, leading substantial increases in online sales and successfully restructuring teams for enhanced performance. Currently, Carlos serves as the Director of Regional Purchasing for Almacenes SIMAN, overseeing commercial planning and purchasing strategies across Central America.
