Ahmed Younis, JD, PhD, serves as Chief of Staff at FairPlay AI, where they advise on issues of diversity and equity in mortgage lending and develop training for data scientists and sales teams. Previously, they held senior roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, focusing on countering violent extremism, and at the U.S. Department of State, where they helped develop national counterterrorism strategies. Ahmed also contributed to global social initiatives as a Senior Practice Consultant at Gallup and advised international executives through private consulting. They have taught at Chapman University, contributing significantly to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the academic community.
