Michael Weiner is the Director of Global HR Operations at FactSet, where they oversee HR systems, Shared Services, and HCM reporting and analytics. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at FactSet Research Systems, including Director of Engineering Recruiting and Training, and Director of Recruiting, where they focused on hiring and developing computer-related engineers. Michael began their career at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, developing high-end computer graphics analysis programs. They earned a BS in Computer and Systems Engineering and an MS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
