Daniel Klarkowski is an experienced business leader, strategist, and entrepreneur with a diverse career spanning e-commerce, digital media, fashion and lifestyle brands, and startup ventures. He is currently VP Brand Marketing Fabletics Europe and was Head of New Business Europe prior at TechStyle Fashion Group, where he leads growth initiatives and strategic market expansion for brands including Fabletics across Europe. In this role, Daniel focuses on driving inclusive brand development, customer-centric strategies, and innovative partnerships that align with both commercial and cultural priorities.
Prior to his current focus on new business and growth in the fashion tech space, Daniel has built and led major business functions across digital platforms and marketplaces. His early career included leadership roles in business development and category management at eBay, where he helped scale marketplace segments and launch key initiatives in European markets. He also held regional leadership responsibility for Skype in the German-speaking markets and drove product operations and marketplace strategy across several technology platforms.
Alongside his corporate roles, Daniel is a long-time entrepreneur and media founder. He is the Founder and CEO of Ace Ventures, a Berlin-based company that supports startups and digital brands, and has been involved in launching and advising digital ventures spanning mobile marketing, classifieds, lifestyle media, and sport-related platforms. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Sports Insider Magazin, a lifestyle and running blog and media brand he has led since 2008.
Throughout his career, Daniel has combined strategic leadership with operational execution, particularly in areas where digital transformation, customer engagement, and community building intersect. Across roles, he has emphasized performance marketing, inclusive brand strategies, and leveraging data and customer feedback to expand market reach and relevance.
