Don Schuerkamp has an extensive professional background in the construction and waterproofing industry, with over two decades of experience at F.D. Thomas, Inc., where roles have included Project Manager, General Superintendent, and Journeyman installer, focusing on caulking, waterproofing, and coatings. Prior to this, Don worked as a Journeyman at Sacramento Waterproofing Inc. from 1986 to 1996. In addition to professional experience, Don served in the United States Air Force Reserves from 1983 to 1989, specializing in airframes repair and aircraft battle damage repair, and holds a diploma in general education from Foothill High School, earned between 1976 and 1980.
