Steven Spear Jr is currently serving as Program Manager for F-35 Avionics at the F-35 Joint Program Office since April 2024. Prior to this role, Steven held the position of Program Manager for Missile Warning at the United States Air Force from February 2020 to August 2022. As Chairman and Founder of The Unite Party from June 2017 to April 2019, Steven demonstrated leadership in political campaigns. Additionally, Steven was a Student Senator at Florida State University Student Government Association from November 2016 to October 2018, advocating for significant funding to enhance student services. Steven's experience includes a Global Banking and Markets Internship at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in mid-2018 and a Correspondence Internship with the State of Florida in early 2016.
