Eric Yang is the VP of Patient Engagement at Eye Health America, where they lead enterprise customer service operations and AI innovation. Previously, Eric served as an Associate Principal at CBPartners, and as a Life Sciences Consultant at Simon-Kucher & Partners, where they focused on pricing data analytics and market segmentation. They also held roles in product management at Humana, overseeing digital transformation and launching virtual care initiatives. Eric earned an MBA from The Wharton School and holds a B.A. in Biology and Economics from Dartmouth College.
