Vinay Vaishnav has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having held various managerial roles at Wipro from 2016 to 2021, where hiring for leadership, enterprise transformation, and product engineering was a key focus. Following their time at Wipro, Vinay served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Trianz from 2021 to 2023 and currently works as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at EY. Vinay earned a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Bangalore University.
