Valeriy Povreznyuk is a Director at EY, leading Capital & Debt Advisory and Restructuring Services in Ukraine. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Valeriy has held significant roles in corporate and investment banking, including positions at Ernst & Young, JSC VTB Bank, and Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine. Valeriy possesses an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and has developed expertise in team leadership, client relationships, structured finance, and debt restructuring. Throughout their career, Valeriy successfully managed large corporate loan portfolios and led the establishment of structured finance departments, contributing to the completion of numerous financial deals.
