Sharath Sharma is currently the Global Vice Chair for Strategic Transformations at EY, where they lead initiatives to assist C-suite executives with transformational agendas such as M&A and digital transformation. Previously, Sharath served as the Americas Leader for Strategic Transformations and CEO Services from 2020 to 2022, and prior to that, they were the Americas Leader of the Capital Transformation Practice at Ernst & Young from 2004 to 2020. Sharath is also a sponsor of the Center for Executive Leadership and the Center for EY Alumni in the Americas. A proud alumnus of Don Bosco, Sharath hails from Chennai, India.
