Rubén Ferrer is a Partner and Head of M&A and Private Equity at EY Abogados and Co-Head of the Private Equity industry at EY Spain. Rubén previously served as a Partner and Managing Partner of the New York office at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and worked as a Foreign Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
