Peter Oomsels is a Senior Manager in Government & Public Sector Transformation at EY Belgium, where they manage various transformation projects aimed at enhancing cooperation among public sector stakeholders. They hold a Ph.D. in Public Administration, with a dissertation that focused on interorganisational trust in the Flemish administration, and previously served as an organisational development specialist for the Flemish Government and as Chief of Staff for the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy. Peter has extensive academic and professional expertise in building effective teams and organizations that serve the public interest and has been involved in numerous civil society initiatives promoting democratic participation within the EU.
