Nicola Tong is a Director at EY with over 20 years of experience. They have led complex government transformation programs and managed services contracts while being part of EY's global FDI service network. Previously, Nicola served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Department for Business & Trade, overseeing a multi-million pound contract and a team of over 120 members. They started their career as a Scientist at Procter & Gamble from 1997 to 2001. Currently, Nicola continues to serve as a Director in Managed Services at EY.
