Monika Spálavská is currently the Director of Marketing and Business Development at EY Czech Republic, where they support various divisions in raising awareness of professional services for clients. Monika gained extensive marketing experience across telecommunications, finance, retail, and healthcare sectors, leading teams in diverse cultural environments. They held previous roles as Head of Marketing at Baumit Group and Essilor Group, and Marketing Communication Manager at GE Money Bank, among others. Monika also provided lectures at a university, sharing their marketing expertise, and earned a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze.
