Karen Rosenfield is currently the Associate General Counsel at EY, where they focus on employment law. Previously, they served as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel at EY, following their tenure as an Associate at Jones Day, where they specialized in employment-related litigation and compliance matters. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Representative at Mercer, advising on various human resource management issues. Karen earned a JD from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
