Ezra Pinsky is the Managing Director of International Tax and Transaction Services at EY, where they oversee tax due diligence for large private equity funds and corporate acquirers. Prior to this, Ezra served as a Senior Manager in the same department, and they have extensive experience in corporate tax matters from roles at several organizations, including the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Raytheon.
