Anand Mihir is a Partner and Leader in Financial Services and Risk Consulting at Ernst & Young (EY) since 2022. Previously, Anand held multiple leadership roles, including Director & Head of Internal Controls and Internal Audit at Barclays, and Head of Operations & Credit Underwriting at Barclays Investments and Loans. Prior to their tenure at Barclays, Anand gained experience at Citibank and Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. Anand holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delhi University.
