Lydia Maele is a customer-passionate HR executive with extensive global HR experience, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Low Carbon Solutions. Previously, they held various HR roles at ExxonMobil, including Global Human Resources Manager for Energy Products and HR Manager at the Torrance Refinery. Lydia's career spans multiple global businesses, where they have focused on developing productive partnerships to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals. They are also an advocate for global girls and women's issues, striving to make a positive impact in these areas. Lydia earned a Bachelor's degree from Brown University and continues their education at The Bryn Mawr School.
