Flore Cognat is an experienced professional in the field of public affairs, regulatory affairs, and environmental law, currently serving as the European Public Affairs Manager for Energy & Chemicals at ExxonMobil since May 2019. Prior to this role, Flore worked as a Legal Consultant at Fieldfisher, providing guidance on chemical legislation, and held managerial positions at Cefic, overseeing various Specialty Chemicals Sector Groups while advocating for industry interests at the EU level. Flore began the career at Enhesa as a Regional Manager and EHS Regulatory Consultant, focusing on environmental, health, and safety regulations across the European Union. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Environmental Law from Université de Lille 2 and Master's degrees in International Law and Public Law from the University of Ottawa and Université de Lyon III, respectively.
